Shipping policy

At Cordinate, we ship every order from Lahore with the same care we'd want for our own. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Courier Partner
All orders are shipped via Leopards Courier.

Delivery Timelines

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and similar): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if there's any significant delay to your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs 150 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery
We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery — no advance payment is required to place an order.

Order Confirmation
To reduce failed or fraudulent deliveries, we may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order before it's dispatched. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate at checkout — we're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact information.

Undelivered or Refused Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated unavailability at the delivery location, we reserve the right to charge return shipping costs before reshipping, or to cancel the order.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link or number via WhatsApp/email so you can follow your order's progress with Leopards Courier.
