Welcome to Cordinate. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop with us.

1. About Us
Cordinate is a Pakistan-based apparel brand offering minimalist, ready-to-wear clothing, produced and shipped from Lahore. These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the natural texture of the fabric used.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Order confirmation via email or WhatsApp does not guarantee product availability; we will inform you promptly if an item becomes unavailable after ordering.
• Please double-check your size, color, and delivery details before confirming your order, as we do not accept returns for customer-side errors (see our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full order confirmation is required via email or WhatsApp before your order is processed for shipping. We do not currently accept online payments, bank transfers, or digital wallets — this may be introduced in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Lahore and delivered nationwide within Pakistan via Leopards Courier. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days for major cities, and 5–7 business days for other areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors, but we take full responsibility for items damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly due to our own error.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Cordinate name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Cordinate and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordinate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
